Mr.Mohamed Emad Hosny

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Alexandria University in 2008

He has been training in the office since 2004.

He joined the office upon his graduation in 2008.

In 2009, he traveled to Dubai to manage the office’s branch in Dubai, and he was working as a permanent lawyer at Al-Fanar Gas Company, and his duties were to provide advice on minimum liability and legal exposure to business. Ensure that all legal and other contractual documents are well prepared and effectively reviewed and interpreted Manage external and internal legal resources where required Advise and ensure that business is consistent with legislative imperatives which include information protection, supervision and research And analysis of the legislative contents and their impact on the legal position of the company and the preparation of a report on this to the senior management

In 2011, he was forced to return to Cairo to run the office after the death of Counselor/ Emad Hosni.

Because of his work and training with Counselor Imad Hosni since 2004, that is, before joining the Faculty of Law, Mr. Mohamed was able to understand the nature of the work of the Egyptian market and the UAE market, as well as the nature of the work of the Egyptian judiciary and the UAE judiciary, as well as the way the judiciary thinks in evaluating papers, documents and contracts submitted to The judiciary as well as the preventive thought when drafting contracts

In 2014, he worked as a lawyer for the Egyptian Syndicate of Athletes and is responsible for the players’ work contracts and cooperation contracts in gyms (C) and filing lawsuits against the clubs.

Dr. Ahmed Emad Hosny

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University, Department of English in 2011.

After graduating from college, he worked in the office, and at the same time he was preparing a diploma in private law and a diploma in international trade, equivalent to a master’s degree, in 2015.

Professor Ahmed worked as a legal affairs officer in a contracting company.

In 2015 he joined Al-Najah Import and Export Company as a permanent lawyer for the company.

Dr. Ahmed has extensive experience in drafting commercial agency contracts, distribution and labor contracts, shipping documents, marine insurance and maritime law.

Dr. Ahmed is currently preparing a doctorate in civil law at Ain Shams University.
